RF800/11 Issue Samples

A collection of sample images all taken in one session. Mostly with the RF800 f/11 but a couple with the RF 24-105 f/4 for comparison. All taken with the same R5 body. The images here are all full resolution JPG versions (expand or download for full res) with only Lightroom auto adjustment and color profiles. No noise reduction applied.

This is the same time but with 24-105/4. Yes, ISO 100 helps but this is what is expected

Nothing is sharp at F/11

'Close' range shot this is the sharpest of the group
Some atmospherics but it was relatively close in this shot and this is the sharpest one
It looks ok at this size. But zoom in and you'll see no edge definition at all. Looks worse than the ones I took years ago with a Rebel Xt and a 100-300
Again, looks kinda ok until you zoom in
Also looks ok in small. But at 1:1 nothing is sharp at all. And it is uniform over the plane where if it were air turbulence you'd usually see variation
Probably the best of the bunch (not the composition :-) )
