A 14 acre new park area opened up in the Presidio. It was built on top of the tunnels that were created to partially bury the highway from the Marina to the Golden Gate Bridge. It's bee hugely possible since it opened in 2022 and for good reason. https://www.presidiotunneltops.gov/
